dc.description.abstract	هذه الدراسة عبارة عن محاولة لبيان أهمية حجم الاقتصاد الرسمي في الجزائر، وخطورة وسلبيات الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، فهذا النوع الأخير ينتشر بشكل أكبر في الدول التي ترتفع فيها معدلات البطالة والفقر وانعدام المساواة بين الجنسين، حيث يؤدي دورا مهما في توليد دخل الأفراد الذين لديهم ضعف في التعليم والمهارات والتكنولوجيا ورأس المال. تبحث هذه الدراسة في مدى توفير العمل اللائق للأفراد انطلاقا من حالة الجزائر .ولذلك أصبح هذا الموضوع يشكل اهتماما كبيرا للحكومات وتحدي كبير لها، وتعمل على التخفيف من أثاره ومحاولة الحد من انتشاره، والعمل على تحويل مؤسساته إلى مؤسسات رسمية تخضع للقانون وتصرح بأعمالها وبالتالي إدماجها في الاقتصاد الرسمي المنظم.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This study is an attempt to demonstrate the importance of the size of the formal economy in Algeria, the seriousness and disadvantages of the informal economy. This last type is more prevalent in countries with high rates of unemployment, poverty and gender inequality, whichit plays an important role in generating income for individuals who have a weak education, skills, technology and capital. This article examines the extent to which decent work is provided to individuals from the case of Algeria. Therefore, this issue is a great concern for governments and a major challenge for them, it works to mitigate its effects and to try to limit its spread and to transform its institutions into official institutions are subject to the law and declare its works, thus integrating them into the formal economy	en_US
