dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة ظاهرة التجارة غير الرسمية في الجزائر من خلال دراسة أسباب انتشار هذه الظاهرة، وكذا دراسة مختلف التدابير والإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها من طرف الحكومة بهدف الحد من هذه الأنشطة التي تشكل خطرا على الاقتصاد الوطني. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: ضرورة تحديث وعصرنة وسائل الدفع واعتماد الدفع الالكتروني في التعاملات الرسمية التجارية، وكذا تبسيط الإجراءات الجبائية لكبح ظاهرة التجارة الفوضوية.	en_US
