| dc.description.abstract | في ظل تنامي الآثار السلبية للاعتماد العالمي على الطاقة الأحفورية خاصة على البيئة وعلى الأبعاد الإنسانية للتنمية من جهة، وفي ظل تهديدات نضوبها من جهة أخرى تبرز أهمية التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة كبديل استراتيجي لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة باعتبارها طاقة دائمة وصديقة للبيئة، وتعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول النفطية المهددة بزوال الموارد النفطية التقليدية التي تعتبر دعامة تمويل الاقتصاد الجزائري كما أنها في الوقت نفسه تمتلك إمكانيات هائلة من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة على غرار الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح، من هذه الزاوية تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: إلى أي مدى نجحت الجزائر في التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية الرئيسية والإحاطة بجوانب الموضوع سوف نتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى المحاور التالية: 1) مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها، 2) مفهوم الطاقة المتجددة، 3) أهمية الطاقة المتجددة في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، 4) دراسة التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. | en_US |
