| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح واقع تطوير وابتكار المنتجات المالية الإسلامية (الصكوك الاستثمارية) في مواكبة النمو المتسارع في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية من حيث الحفاظ على السلامة الشرعية للمنتج وقدرته على تلبية الحاجة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بكفاءة وفعالية، والتأكد من أن هذه المنتجات تستند إلى الابتكار الحقيقي لا إلى التقليد والمحاكاة وفق فكر البنوك التقليدية. و تناقش هذه الورقة مسألتين هامتين ففي المحور الأول تناقش الأسس التي قامت عليها صكوك الاستثمار الاسلامي وضوابطها الشرعية، أما المحور الثاني فسيتطرق إلى التحديات التي تواجه صناعة المنتجات المالية الإسلامية واستراتيجيات تطويرها. |
| Description: | This research paper aims at clarifying the reality of the development and innovation of Islamic financial products (investment instruments) in line with the rapid growth in the Islamic financial industry in terms of maintaining the legitimate integrity of the product and its ability to meet the economic and social needs efficiently and effectively. And to ensure that these products are based on real innovation rather than imitation and simulation according to traditional banks' thought. This paper discusses two important issues. The first axis discusses the fundamentals of Islamic investment instruments and their legal controls. The second axis will address the challenges facing the Islamic financial products industry and the strategies for their development. |
