The current study seeks to shed light on the process of structural change, which is one of the most important areas of organizational change and the extent to which the latter faces resistance by workers due to their lack of initial understanding and fear of the unknown or fear of losing some powers, where resistance is one of the important negative phenomena that contributes to the failure of any effort to transform the institutions for the better when it is difficult to control it, and for the purpose of investing the theoretical frameworks for this topic in the field, this study comes to know the relationship of structural change to the resistance of workers, as well as knowing the impact of demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, educational level, years of experience) on workers' resistance.en_US
