Résumé:	هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي تؤديه إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق من خلال أبعادها (الزيادة، الاستبعاد، التقليص، الابتكار) في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمدية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأداة الاستبيان والذي تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج Spss، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة تطبق أبعاد إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق بدرجة عالية، الأمر الذي جعلها تتمتع بمكانة متميزة في السوق المحلي، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين متغيرات الدراسة، توصي الدراسة بوجوب اهتمام متخذي القرار في المؤسسة الاهتمام أكثر بالأبعاد التي حضيت بأهمية قليلة وخاصة بعد الاستبعاد باعتباره البعد الأخير الذي احتل المرتبة الأخيرة من حيث التطبيق، والذي يمكن تطبيقه إلى تحقيق مستويات أداء متميزة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق، الأداء المتميز، اتصالات الجزائر. الملخص باللغة الانجليزية
Description:	The study aimed to clarify the role played by the blue ocean strategy through its dimensions (increase, exclusion, decrease, innovation) in achieving performance excellence in Medea Algeria Telecom .Hence, the descriptive analytical approach has been used to analyze the study tool (questionnaire) through SPSS software. The most important findings showed that the company applies the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy to a high degree, which made it possesses a distinguished position at the local level. Moreover, there is a positive correlation between the study variables. The study recommended that the decision-makers in this company should pay more attention to dimensions that have little significance, typically the exclusion dimension, as it is the less important dimension in terms of application. Therefore, it can be widely applied to achieve different performance excellence levels. Keywords: blue ocean strategy, performance excellence, Algeria Telecom
