Résumé:	تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لبيان واقع حاضنات الاعمال في دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، خاصة وأن العديد من هذه المؤسسات تعاني في بداياتها من عدة مشاكل، وهذا ما لمسناه في دراستنا لواقع حاضنات الاعمال في الجزائر التي تعكف على المضي قدما لدعم هذه المؤسسات في سبيل النهوض بقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حتى تصبح قادرة على التأقلم مع محيطها الخارجي وتطوراته. وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف وتحليل لواقع حاضنات الأعمال الجزائرية وكيفية مرافقتها ودعمها للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وقد توصلنا الى أن حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر تعتبر إحدى الركائز الأساسية لنجاح المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال دعمها ومرافقتها وتحويل أفكار أصحابها الى مشاريع ناجحة. ومن بين معوقات نموها هو ضعف التنسيق بين مختلف هيئات التنمية ومن بينها: الجامعات، مؤسسات البحث، الهيئات التنفيذية والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. لهذا وجب تعزيز دورها اكثر لدعم المبدعين ورواد الاعمال لانطلاق مؤسساتهم
Description:	This research paper aims to show the reality of business incubators in supporting and accompanying small and medium enterprises in Algeria, especially since many of these enterprises suffer in their infancy from several problems. Advance the sector of small and medium enterprises so that they are able to adapt to their external environment and its developments. In our study, we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach by describing and analyzing the reality of Algerian business incubators and how they accompany and support small and medium enterprises. We have concluded that business incubators in Algeria are considered one of the main pillars for the success of small and medium enterprises by supporting and accompanying them and transforming the ideas of their owners into successful projects. Among the obstacles to its growth is the lack of coordination between the various development agencies, including: universities, research institutions, executive bodies and small and medium enterprises. That is why its role must be strengthened further to support innovators and entrepreneurs to launch their institutions
