dc.description	The study aims to attempt to give an analysis of the repercussions of the double shock represented by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and the collapse of oil prices, on human development in the Middle East and North Africa region, and in light of the current global economic situation, which is characterized by instability, internal balance and the accumulation of external imbalances and for to carry out this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical method, and we concluded that the spread of the Corona virus pandemic and the collapse of oil prices affected all aspects of the economy in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, including agriculture and commercial and non-commercial services where most low-paid workers and women work therefore, the authorities in the region must address the double shock by focusing on responding to health emergencies and working to create sufficient and rapid opportunities for productive work, At the same time, achieving equity in the distribution of benefits generated by economic growth. dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة إعطاء تحليل لانعكاسات الصدمة المزدوجة المتمثلة في انتشار جائحة كورونا Covid-19 وانهيار أسعار البترول على التنمية البشرية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وفي ظل الوضع الاقتصادي العالمي الراهن الذي يغلب عليه طابع عدم الاستقرار والتوازن الداخلي وتراكم الاختلالات الخارجية، ومن أجل القيام بهذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلنا إلى أن انتشار جائحة فيروس كورونا وانهيار أسعار النفط أثرا على جميع جوانب الاقتصاد ببلدان الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، بما في ذالك الزراعة والخدمات التجارية وغير التجارية حيث يعمل معظم العمال منخفضي الأجر والنساء، لذا يجب على سلطات المنطقة معالجة الصدمة المزدوجة بالتركيز على الاستجابة للطوارئ الصحية والعمل على إيجاد فرص كافية وسريعة للعمل المنتج، وفي الوقت ذاته تحقيق العدالة في توزيع المنافع التي يولدها النمو الاقتصادي	en_US
