| Résumé: | يهدف البحث بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى التعريف برأس المال المخاطر،وكذا تسليط الضوء على تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا على صناعة رأس المال المخاطر في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خلال سنة 2020،ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستثمري رأس المال المخاطر لهم قدرة كبيرة على التكيف مع التحديات التي فرضتها الجائحة،حيث عرفت استثمارات رأس المال المخاطر انتعاشا بتحقيق مستويات قياسية خلال سنة 2020،كما زاد التركيز على الاستثمار في قطاع الرعاية الصحية والتكنولوجيا الحيوية بشكل ملحوظ،وعليه يتوجب على الدول النامية تفعيل دور رأس المال المخاطر كآلية لدفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والوقاية من تداعيات الجائحة،وتقديم امتيازات تسمح بتمويل البحث العلمي في مجال الرعاية الصحية وصناعة الأدوية عن طريق رأس المال المخاطر باعتباره بديلا تمويليا للأنشطة ذات المخاطر العالية. |
| Description: | This research, based on the analytical descriptive approach, aims to identify the venture capital, as well as to highlight the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic on the venture capital industry in the United States of America during 2020. The study concluded that venture capital investors have a great ability to adapt to the challenges posed by the pandemic, as venture capital investments have recovered to record levels during 2020. The focus on investment in the health care sector and biotechnology has also increased significantly. Developing countries should therefore activate the role of venture capital as a mechanism to advance economic development and prevent the repercussions of the pandemic, and provide concessions that allow funding for scientific research in the health care and the pharmaceutical industry through venture capital as an alternative funding for high-risk activities. |
