dc.description	This research, labeled "Learning Skills and How to EmployThem", dealt with what these skills are, how to acquire them, and the ways to teach them. It also addressed their active role in developing the language ability of the learner, considering that learning skills are among the human necessities that the learner must acquire and develop in order to live, communicate, think, and develop. Listening, verbal expression (conversation and speech), reading, writing. These skills are the primary goal and goal of the educational process. Learning a language is really about hearing and speaking the language in a way that enables it to express correctly and communicate with others, as well as being able to read and write correctly.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد تناول هذا البحث الموسوم "مهارات التعلم وكيفية توظيفها" ماهية هذه المهارات وكيفية اكتسابها وطرق تدريسها، وكذا دورها الفعال في تنمية الملكة اللغوية عند المتعلم، باعتبار أن مهارات التعلم من الضروريات الإنسانية التي يجب على المتعلم اكتسايها وتطويرها ليستطيع أن يعيش ويتواصل ويفكر ويتطور وهي أربع مهارات: استماع، التعبير الشفوي (محادثة وكلام)، قراءة،كتابة، وتشكل هذه المهارات الهدف والغاية الأساسية من العملية التعليمية، فتعلم أي لغة بالأصل يهدف حقيقة إلى سماع اللغة والتحدث بها بطريقة تؤهله على التعبير الصحيح والتواصل السليم مع الآخرين، وكذا القدرة على قراءتها وكتابتها بشكل صحيح.	en_US
