| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة قلى الكشف عن استراتيجية التي تقوم بها الإدارة بالمشاركة لتحقيق الحوكمة الإدارية . لقد حظي أسلوب الإدارة بالمشاركة باهتمام متزايد من طرف المنظمات الإدارية، حيث يعد من أهم الأساليب التي تحقق الحوكمة، ذلك أن مبدأ المشاركة في العمليات الإدارية يساعد على ترشيد الحكم في المنظمات الإدارية، حيث يبرز تأثير استراتيجية الإدارة بالمشاركة على تحقيق الحوكمة الإدارية في الجزائر من خلال تطبيق مجموعة من المحددات التي تتمثل في الإتصال، التدريب، التحفيز، والنمط القيادي الديمقراطي، وهذا كان ضمن استراتيجيتها التي وضعتها من أجل إصلاح إدارتها المحلية من فساد وبيروقراطية وتعزيزها للمشاركة السياسية. |
| Description: | This study aims to reveal the strategy undertaken by the participative management to achieve administrative government . The participative management method has received an increasing attention from administrative organizations , as it is one of the most important methods that achive the government. So that the principle of participation in administrative processes helps to rationalize the governance in administrative organizations. Since it 91 highlights the impact of the strategy of participation on the achievement of government in Algeria through applying a set of determinants that are represented in : communication , training , motivation and democratic leadership mode, and this was a part of its strategy to reform the local administration from corruption and bureaucracy and strengthening it for political participation |
