dc.description.abstract	أكد الفكر الإداري وجود العديد من العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين، على غرار النمط القيادي، وطرق وأساليب الاتصالات الإدارية، والهيكل التنظيمي الخاص بكل منظمة، ونظم اتخاذ القرارات بها، إضافة إلى مدى تحفيز العاملين، واحترام توجهاتهم وميولاتهم. تشكل هذه العوامل مجتمعة وغيرها صورة يدركها أفراد المنظمة، وهذا ما يصطلح على تسميته في العلوم الإدارية: ب "المناخ التنظيمي" حيث يعتبره الكثير من المفكرين والأخصائيين أرضية خصبة للبحث العلمي، من أجل الوصول إلى تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، مما يؤدي إلى الحفاظ على بقاء المنظمة، واستمراريتها، والرفع من قدراتها التنافسية.	en_US
