| Résumé: | التطور العلمي الهائل الذي حدث في مختلف الميادين جعل من البنوك تستثمره في تسهيل خدماتها فظهر مايسمى بالاقتصاد الرقمي ، فسعت مختلف الدول للاستفادة منه باعتباره أساس النظام المصرفي الحديث وقد انبثق عن هذا الاقتصاد العديد من الخدمات وفي مختلف المجالات من بينها الصيرفة الإلكترونية، التسويق الإلكتروني، التجارة الإلكترونية وغيرها من أدوات وتقنيات المعلومات.يهدف هذا العمل الى بيان مدى مساهمة الصيرفة الإلكترونية في بناء الاقتصاد الرقمي وعصرنة البنوك الجزائرية ، كما يهدف ايضا الى معرفة اهم الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية في الجزائر ومدى تأثيرها على أداء البنوك الجزائرية ، وقد تم التوصل الى ان الصيرفة الإلكترونية تساهم في بناء الاقتصاد الرقمي وفي تطوير النظام المصرفي الجزائري بشكل نسبي مما يمكنها مستقبلا من مواكبة التطورات العالمية الحاصلة. |
| Description: | The tremendous scientific development that has taken place in various fields has made banks invest in facilitating their services and the so-called digital economy emerged, So various countries sought to benefit from it since it is considered as the basis of the modern banking system, a number of services have emerged from this economy in various fields such as: Electronic Banking, E-Marketing, E-Commerce, And other information technology tools. This work aims to demonstrate the contribution of electronic banking in building the digital economy and modernizing Algerian banks, and that by answering the questions raised in the problematic, it also aims to learn about the most important electronic banking services in Algeria and their impact on the performance of Algerian banks. It has been concluded that electronic banking contributes to the construction of the digital economy and to the development of the Algerian banking system in a relative manner enabling it in the future to keep pace with the scientific developments taking place. |
