| Résumé: | يعتبر القطاع الفلاحي واحد من أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية في العالم والتي شهدت تطورا ملحوظا و اهتماما متزايدا منذ وقت مضى ، وذلك لكونه يشكل عنصرا أساسيا في اقتصاد أي بلد ، فهو سلاح ذو حدين أي دافع من دوافع النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية ، ودافع تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي والأمن الغذائي . من جهة أخرى تشكل التنمية الاقتصادية خارج قطاع المحروقات أحد القضايا الهامة التي تسعى اقتصاديات البلدان النامية بلوغها ، و ذلك لكونها عنصر و مشكلة اقتصادية و اجتماعية في نفس الوقت ، و سعيا من الجزائر لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و انطلاقا من القطاع الفلاحي عملت الحكومة الجزائرية على انتهاج جملة من التدابير والبرامج التنموية الفلاحية منذ الاستقلال و الى يومنا هذا . ومن خلال هذه الدراسة يمكن التعريف بالتنمية الزراعية وعلاقتها بالتنمية الاقتصادية ، و كذا عرض لبعض البرامج المنتهجة في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية وطرق تمويلها ، و أخيرا حاولنا من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية أن نبرز مساهمة والدور الذي تلعبه القروض الفلاحية في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية وكذا كيفية تمويلها للقطاع الفلاحي. |
| Description: | The agricultural sector is one of the most important economic sectors in the world, which has witnessed a remarkable development and increasing interest since it was a key element in the economy of any country. It is a double-edged sword which is motivated by growth and economic development. On the other hand, economic development outside the hydrocarbons sector is one of the important issues that the economies of developing countries seek to achieve because they are an economic and social component at the same time. In order to achieve economic development and from the agricultural sector, Of agricultural development measures and programs since independence and to this day. In this study we can identify agricultural development and its relation to economic development, as well as some of the programs implemented in the achievement of agricultural development and ways of financing. Finally, we tried through the applied study to highlight the contribution and role of agricultural loans in achieving agricultural development as well as how to finance it for the agricultural sector. |
