Résumé: The main aim of teaching English at the middle school is to enable the learners to use it effectively, appropriately, and to manipulate the four language skills including listening. Our research mainly focuses on text linguistics analysis of spoken text integrated in the third year middle school course book “My Book of English” Book three.In point of fact the aforementioned findings were just a sample of a spoken text from many others that were included in the third middle school book.
