dc.description	Through our study centered on financing foreign trade using the techniques of documentary credit and documentary collection and a comparative study between these techniques, the main objective of this research is to highlight the role that commercial banks play in financing foreign trade, as the BADR Bank was chosen. To study these techniques and review the reality of their use at the bank level, based on the descriptive approach . Among the findings are that payment procedures (documentary credit and documentary collection) are among the most important techniques used in financing foreign trade, and that bank resettlement is the first process carried out by Algerian commercial banks	en_US
dc.description.abstract	من خلال دراستنا هذه التي تتمحور حول تمويلٌ التجارة الخارجيةٌ باستخدام تقنيتٌات الإعتماد المستندي والتحصيلٌ المستندي ودراسة مقارنة بينٌ هذه التقنياٌت، فإن الهدف الأساس من هذا البحث هو إبراز الدور الذي تقوم به البنوك التجاريةٌ في تمويلٌ التجارة الخارجيةٌ، حيثٌ تم اختياٌر بنك الفلاحة والتنميةٌ الريفٌيةٌ " BADR " لدراسة هاته التقنياٌت واستعراض واقع استعمالها على مستوى البنك معتمدا على المنهج الوصفي من بينٌ النتابج المتوصل إليهٌا هي أن إجراءات الدفع( الإعتماد المستندي والتحصيل المستندي) من أهم التقنياٌت المستعملة في تمويلٌ التجارة الخارجيةٌ وأن عمليةٌ التوطينٌ البنكي هي أول عمليةٌ تقوم بها البنوك التجاريةٌ الجزابريةٌ.	en_US
