dc.description	the study aims to know the extene to which the balanced scorecard can be used in the evaluation of strategic planning, this phrase is considered one of the most recent global methods used in evaluating strategik performance, the study sample included 36 employees in algerian banks, and the studyreached a set of results, the most important of which are : - the respondents unanimously agreed that the management of the algerian commercial banks is planning short, medium,and long-term plans ; - the evaluation of strategic planning is considered a very important and necessary process as it represents an effective mechanism to detect errors and then correct them, which leads to its development and improvement of strategic planning in order to achieve the goals of the institution and the success of its strategy ; - thers is link between the perfomance of algérien commercial Banks and startigic planning, the more clear the vision of what the bank will be in the future, the more it willlead to better performance with the improvement and continuous growth of the bank.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مدى امكانيةٌ استخدام بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في تقييمٌٌ التخطيطٌ الاستراتيجٌي ،ً هذه العبارة تعتبر من احدث الاساليبٌ العالميةٌ المستخدمة في تقييمٌٌ الاداء الاستراتيجٌي وقد شملت عينٌة الدراسة 36 موظف في البنوك الجزائريةٌ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أفراد العينٌة اجمعوا على ان ادارة البنوك التجاريةٌ الجزائريةٌ تضع خطط مستقبليةٌ قصيرٌة ومتوسطة وطويلٌة الأجل؛ - يعٌتبر تقييمٌٌ التخطيطٌ الاستراتيجٌي عمليةٌ جد هامة وضروريةٌ كونها تمثل أليةٌ فعالة لكشف الأخطاء ثم تصحيحٌها مما يؤٌدي إلى تطويرٌه و تحسينٌ التخطيطٌ الاستراتيجٌية مما عٌمل على تحقيقٌ أهداف المؤسسة ونجاح استراتيجٌيتٌها؛ - هناك ارتباط بينٌ أداء البنوك التجاريةٌ الجزائريةٌ والتخطيطٌ الاستراتيجٌي ،ً فكلما كانت الرؤيةٌ واضحة لما سيكٌون عليهٌ البنك مستقبلا كلما أدى ذلك إلى أداء أفضل مع التحسن والنمو المستمر للبنك تسيرٌٌا استراتيجٌياٌ.	en_US
