dc.description	Abstract: The article purports to address the perceptions put forward by the modernizing Arabs in order to renew the science of Budaiya (Speech embellishment figures), the latter did not receive its right of attention compared to the significance and statement (figurative expression) sciences. It necessitated the follow-up of new opinions and ideas brought about by the Arab influence by the cognitive-linguistic datum. We have tried via the current article to focus on the "semantic function" assigned to this science, starting with the "Key to Science" book of the Sakaki, through the writings which took his views (the summary and footnotes stage), to those recent studies, whose owners called for the renewal the Budi science, and the need to search for a semantic function for it, rather than the "optimization" function. To this end, we have paused for a long time at studying Muhammad Abdul Muttalib and Jamil Abdul Majeed for their importance in presenting a concept that exudes innovative arts from the formality of improvement to contributing to the production and strengthening of the text . dc.description.abstract	يروم المقال معالجة التصورات التي طرحها العرب المحدثون في سبيل تجديد علم البديع؛ هذا العلم الذي لم يأخذ حقّه من الاهتمام مقارنة بعلمي المعاني والبيان. مما استدعنا الأمر متابعة الآراء والأفكار الجديدة التي أفرزها التأثر العربي بالمعطى المعرفي اللساني، حيث حاولنا في المقال أن نركز على « الوظيفة الدلالية» المسندة لهذا العلم، بدء من كتاب "مفتاح العلوم" للسكاكي، مرورا بالكتابات التي أخذت بآرائه (مرحلة التلخيص والحواشي)، إلى تلك الدراسات الحديثة التي نادى أصحابها بتجديد علم البديع، وضرورة البحث عن وظيفة دلالية له، بدلا من وظيفة " التحسين". وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية قد توقفنا مطولا عند دراستي محمد عبد المطلب وجميل عبد المجيد لأهميتهما في طرح تصوّر يخرج الفنون البديعية من شكلية التحسين إلى الإسهام في إنتاج النص وتقويته.	en_US
