dc.description	The pragmatic approach of discourse depends on taking into consideration all the elements that contributed in its production with a view to reach its goals. Language is no longer just a communication tool in speech, but exceeded that to influence and convince the recipient through the use of argumentative mechanisms. The argumentative function is regarded as a part of the language and an essence in it, including the argumentative scale, which Zamakhshari employed in his discourses to convince his recipients. According to the available argumentative links and factors, falling all within the laws of argumentation, have an effective role in escalating arguments and evidencing them to reach the results. dc.description.abstract	تعمد المقاربة التداولية للخطاب إلى مراعاة كافة العناصر التي أسهمت في إنتاجه،بغية التوصل إلى غاياته،فلم تعد اللغة أداة للتواصل وحسب بل تجاوزت ذلك الى التأثير في المتلقي وإقناعه من خلال توظيف آليات حجاجية، تعد الوظيفة الحجاجية جزءا من اللغة وجوهرا فيها، ومنها السلم الحجاجي،الذي وظفه الزمخشريّ في خطاباته لإقناع متلقيه،وفق ماهو متوفر من روابط وعوامل حجاجية تندرج جميعها ضمن قوانين حجاجية لها دورها الفاعل في تصعيد الحجج وإثباتها للتوصل إلى نتائجها، وهو ما نسعى الى توضيحه في هذه الورقة البحثية.	en_US
