Description:	Abstract This study aims at linking the traditional to the funny, the old rhetoric with modernity, but also by the theories which assault the motionless modern science, and the study of the relationships between the declarative and argumentative style. Maybe it will be a guiding light for other theories we recall from the folds of that relationship, and exit the declarative style from the cloak of disregard (ignorance), marginalization and oblivion (forgetfulness) to the wider horizons and looser spaces. Thus, entering the foci of interest,study and address, and emphasis on the argumentative of the declarative/informative style, in all its forms the ones which have not been mentioned for and the elimination of the secondary the declarative style in the Arab rhetoric perceiving that it has an auxiliary role compared to the imperative/structural style and emulating it as if it is a flat personality which does not push events like the imperative. But rather to emphasize that it embodies/highlights it, the elimination of Western dependency on exploring and questioning the literary text revealing to us its hidden secrets, and coming upon the squashy lethargy accompanying the collective Arab mind, which has been waking up recently. It is inconceivable for the modernist Arabs to become aware of the term of pragmatics after a period of time for more than thirty years and then unfold us after all this, it is not the sound destination as it was infiltrated by the Arabs long ago; the development of the Arab rhetoric heritage and its removal from its abandoned cave, rather than panting in the wake of the West.
