dc.description	Publihec banks have taken a big step in the field of banking by dealing with Islamic banking ,whether by transforming them into Islamic banks or opening Islamic windows,and this is evident through their wide spread in various . Countries,where they have become a competitor to traditional banking. The aim of this study is to know and evaluate the requirements for activating the Islamic bankngsystem in the public windows in Algeria. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a field study of a sampie of traditional banks in the state of Tiaret , relying on the questionnaire tool. The results of this study proved :that there is a significant increase in requests for opening Islamic windows Ahso,some traditional banks offer Isiamic windows,but it is necessary to develop and circulate them to all public banks, in addition to training their employees in the field of Islamic economy	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد خطت البنوك العمومية خطوة كبيرة في مجال العمل المصرفي لتعاملها بالصيرفة الاسلامية سواء عن طريق تحولها الى بنوك اسلامية او فتح شبابيك اسلامية ويظهر ذلك جليا من خلال الانتشار الواسع لها في مختلف الدول حيث اصبحت منافسا للصيرفة التقليدية. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة وتقييم متطلبات تفعيل نظام الصيرفة الاسلامية في الشبابيك العمومية بالجزائر ومن اجل تحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من البنوك التقليدية بولاية تيارت معتمدين في ذلك على اداة الاستبيان وقد اثبتت نتائج هذه الدراسة :ان هناك تزايد كبير على طلبات حول فتح شبابيك اسلامية كما ان بعض البنوك التقليدية تقدم شبابيك اسلامية ولكن يستوجب تطويرها وتعميمها على كل البنوك العمومية بالإضافة الى تكوين العاملين لديها من مجال الاقتصاد الاسلامي.	en_US
