| dc.description | This study aimed to know the nature of the relationship between burnout among doctors motivation toward achievement “Youssef Damarji Hospital Tiaret” has been focused on finding the subject of controversy over the relationship between burnout and motivation toward achievement through the following dimensions: Emotional stress- Sag feelings - personal achievement. As well as see if there were statistically significant differences in burnout in the light of the following variables: sex- Specializationyears of experience. Has researchers to carry out a survey for each prosecutors doctors and specialists 79 doctor's, and in order to ensure the validity of the assumptions we used a questionnaire composed of three main axes, the first axis about the personal data of the transponder and the second axis about Burnout Scale (Maslach), consisting of 19 item and 05 alternatives, and the third axis on the scale of motivation towards achievement of Nemov consisting of 19 and item 03 alternatives, with adjustments to the scales commensurate with the nature and the study sample. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تھدف ھذه الدراسة الى معرفة طبیعة العلاقة بین الاحتراق النفسي والدافعیة للإنجاز لدى الأطباء بمستشفى یوسف الدمرجي بولایة تیارت، وقد تمحور موضوع الاشكالیة حول إیجاد العلاقة بین الاحتراق النفسي والدافعیة نحو الإنجاز من خلال الأبعاد التالیة: الإجھاد الانفعالي- تبلد المشاعر- الإنجاز الشخصي. وكذلك معرفة اذا كانت ھناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة في الاحتراق النفسي في ضوء المتغیرات التالیة: الجنس- التخصص- سنوات الخبرة.وقد قامت الباحثتان بالقیام بدراسة مسحیة لكل الأطباء العامون والأخصائیون، البالغ عددھم 79 طبیب، ومن أجل التأكد من صحة الفرضیات استخدمنا استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور رئیسیة، المحور الأول حول البیانات الشخصیة للمستجیب، والمحور الثاني حول مقیاس الاحتراق النفسي (ماسلاش)، المكون من 19 بند و 05 بدائل، أما المحور الثالث حول مقیاس الدافعیة نحو الإنجاز لنیموف، المتكون من 19 بند و 03 بدائل، مع اجراء تعدیلات على المقیاسین بما یتناسب مع طبیعة وعینة الدراسة. | en_US |
