dc.description	Summary: This study aims to interrogate the necessary sayings about the potentials of linguistic planning in the ideas and visions of Walid Al-Anati, in his abundant research with cognitive uniqueness, by bridging the knowledge gap in the gaps of what was covered in dormant research-based papers, and in the timeliness of production. The paper arrived at the conclusion of its newspaper, announcing the results behind which were backed/stacked strategic proposals, localizing Arab knowledge, and calling for/advocating the necessity of an Arabization policy in education and by taking advantage of the technical field, having the reasons for linguistic immunity that protects it from the specter of extinction. dc.description.abstract	ترنو هذه الدراسة إلى استنطاق القولة اللازبة في مكامن التخطيط اللّغوي المُستطير في أفكار ورؤى وليد العناتي، في أبحاثه الوافرة بالفُرادة المعرفيّة، بردم الهوة المعرفيّة في فجوات ما غشِي في ورقاتٍ بحثيّة راقدة، وآنية الإنتاج. وقد وصلت الورقة في خِتام صِحافها، مُعلنة على نتائج تراصّتْ خلفها مُقترحات استراتيجيّة، تُوطن المعرفة العربيّة، وتنادي بلزوب سياسة تعريبيّة في التعليم وباهتبال المجال التقنيّ، بامتلاكها أسباب المناعة اللغويّة التي تقيها من شبح الاندثار، مُستخلص القول: إذ لا يمكن بناء مجتمع معرفة عربيّ بمعزل عن اللغة الوطنيّة.	en_US
