dc.description	In order to growing up the national economie, Oil plays the most important parts because its benefice that supply the nation's budget through covering the management and engenering charges, this charges will be programmed to growing up economies of nations to overcome difficulties and decreasing dependance on Oil or other country's economie, national secutity on food, self dependance, reducing incoming products and releasing the production. Algeria try to make the perfect strategies to use the oil's taxes for supplying different parts of economie and find another wich is economies after oil	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يلعب البترول الدور الأساسي في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني نظرا لما يحققه من عوائد تساهم به تلك العوائد في تمويل ميزانية الدولة من خلال تغطية النفقات عن طريق تمويلها لميزانية التسيير والتجهيز ، حيث تبرمج ميزانية التجهيز لتنمية برامج القطاعات الاقتصادية بهدف زيادة الانتاج خارج المحروقات واستغلالها في القضاء على التبعية للمحروقات وتحقيق كل من الأمن الغذائي والاكتفاء الذاتي وتقليل حجم الواردات وزيادة الصادرات خارج المحروقات، لذا حاولت الجزائر وضع استراتيجية استخدام مداخيل الجباية البترولية لتمويل عملية تنمية القطاعات الاقتصادية ومحاولة بناء اقتصاد بديل الا وهو اقتصاد مابعد البترول.	en_US
