The present paper sets out to refer education practitioners to an elaborate taxonomy of the affective system of the learner. It is meant to transpose the taxonomy from its first intricate philosophical conception and wording to a simplified version far more amenable to professionals. The taxonomy is taken up right since the rationale that underlies it and is tracked through the way it pursues learner affect as it unfolds progressively in reaction to the stimuli which constitute the learning experience. The outcome is a streamlined version of the original taxonomy that is far more intelligible and more practicable.en_US
