dc.description	This research tries to find a way as a result of background processes that allows the disclosure of the role of financial policy in the economic institution in deciding the investissement and funding .this study aims to prove the existence of a close relationship between the stance of fiscal policy and investissement and finance, or we go through this policy that allows the identification of reference for financial decisions related to oversee the overall financial and structural policy Interested in studying the trade-offs between the methods of investment alternatives and choose the best alternative as well as funding to take a decision after a practical analysis of the sources of funding available to the institution.We have found in this study that financial policy Affect this kind of decision to contribute to its survival and continuity in addition to the growth and expansion and increased profitability.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يحاول هذا البحث ايجاد طريقة عملية تسمح بالكشف عن دور السياسة المالية في اتخاذ قرار الاستثمار والتمويل ، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اثبات وجود علاقة وطيدة بين توجهات السياسة المالية والاستثمار والتمويل ، حيث انطلقنا من خلال هذا البحث من السياسة التي تسمح بتحديد الإطار المرجعي للقرارات المالية المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة والهيكلة المالية، وصولا الى دور السياسة المالية لاتخاذ قرار الاستثمار والتمويل مهتمين بدراسة أساليب المفاضلة بين البدائل الاستثمارية واختيار البديل الأفضل، اضافة الى اتخاذ قرار التمويل بعد تحليل عملي لمصادر التمويل المتاحة امام المؤسسة ، وقد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة الى ان السياسة المالية تؤثر على هذا النوع من القرارات لتساهم في بقائها واستمراريتها اضافة الى نموها وتوسعها وزيادة المردودية.	en_US
