dc.description	Medicine history includes its own theories and practices and general situations consisting in literary stories oriented towards the general reader. They reflect real experiences of those who lived in the Islamic World throughout the 4th century Hijri, 10th A.D. These stories present a specific perspective regarding the physical world and ideas world, since the story of medical literature figures out a certain kind of modernity with untraditional content. Generally, it forms the method of processing it. It has proliferated among people, who were openminded towards the untraditional intellectuality. Among those stories and medical news what’s included within the literature of Almohsine Ettanoukhi. This study has come as an attempt to answer the following problematic: may these stories help in making and proliferating ideas in society, Especially what’s concerned with Ettanoukhi’ sisolated intellectuality?	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يتضّمن تاريخ الطبّ نظريات وممارسات خاصة بعلم الطبّ، وكذا مواقف عامة متمثّلة في قصص الأدب موجهة للقارئ العام، وهي تعكس خبرات واقعية لأناس عاشوا في العالم الإسلامي في بلاد ما بين النهرين والمناطق الإسلامية إلى الشرق منه في القرن الرابع الهجري/ العاشر الميلادي. وتقدّم هذه القصص منظورا خاصا في تمثيل العالم الفيزيائي وعالم الأفكار، لأنّ قصة الأدب الطبيّة تجسّد نوعا معينا من الحداثة مادتها غير تقليدية، وتشكل عموما الطريقة التي تعالجها، وقد انتشرت بين الناس الذين يزهون بأنفسهم لأنهم يتمتّعون بعقول متفتّحة للفكر غير التقليدي. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلّط الضوء على مثال من أمثلة تلك القصص والأخبار الطبيّة؛ تحديدا ما ورد منها في أدب القاضي المحسن التّنوخي، محاولة الإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: هل يمكن أن تضطلع هذه القصص بصناعة الأفكار و نشرها في المجتمع؟ خاصة ما يتعلّق بالفكر المعتزلي للقاضي التنوخي؟	en_US
