dc.description.abstract	تعتبر المشروعات الاستثمارية الإطار الحقيقي لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في أي بلد، نجاح خطة التنمية يعتمد بالأساس على نجاح مشروعاتها، وتمثل دراسات الجدوى إحدى الأدوات الهامة التي تساهم في ترشيد قرارات الاستثمار وتمويل هذه المشروعات، إذ تبين أن هناك صلة قوية بين دراسة تقييم جدوى المشروعات ومعدلات التنمية الاقتصادية المحققة، التي هي في حقيقة الأمر تعتمد على الكفاءة الاقتصادية في استخدام القدر المتوفر من الموارد الاقتصادية، وبالتالي تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على موضوع دراسات الجدوى التجارية والاجتماعية والتي طالما كانت مجالا خصبا يهتم به الكثير من الباحثين، المستثمرين والمؤسسات المالية، من خلال توضيح كيفية إعدادها من قبل مكاتب الدراسات الاستشارية المحلية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم مضمونها والحكم على مدى إمكانيتها في إنجاح المشاريع الاستثمارية.	en_US
