| dc.description | The use of renewable energies issue in general and the solar energy in particular has emerged in the global arena, as one of the strategic options to meet future, local and global energy needs, so its supply forms key factor in pushing the wheel of production and achieving stability and growth in case of depletion of its conventional counterpart, by providing permanent jobs,contributing to the improvement of living standards, reducing poverty and pollution across the world, and thus achieving sustainable development. And Algeria, like any other country is accelerating the transition towards renewable energy economies, through a number of strategies aiming at achieving economic gains, social stability and ecological balance, through a rationalization consumption mechanism of non-renewable energies, and trying to replace it with alternative energy sources. In conclusion, renewable energies are the perfect solution for combining between economic, social and environmental objectives, and thus achieving sustainable development; so Algeria had to take on the challenge to develop and deploy utilization of renewable energies, in order not to be responsible for depriving the future generations from a clean environment on the one hand, and energy sources that allows them to meet their needs on the other. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | برزت على الساحة العالمية قضية استخدام الطاقات المتجددة، خاصة الطاقة الشمسية منها، باعتبارها إحدى الخيارات الاستراتيجية لتلبية الاحتياجات المستقبلية، المحلية والعالمية من الطاقة، إذ تشكل إمداداتها عاملا أساسيا في دفع عجلة الإنتاج وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في حال نضوب نظيرتها التقليدية، مما يوفر فرص العمل الدائمة ويساهم في تحسين مستويات المعيشة، والحد من الفقر والتلوث عبر العالم، وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تسارع في الانتقال نحو اقتصاديات الطاقات المتجددة، عن طريق جملة من الاستراتيجيات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق المكاسب الإقتصادية والاستقرار الاجتماعي والتوازن البيئي، من خلال آلية ترشيد استهلاك الطاقات الناضبة، والعمل على إحلالها بمصادر بديلة. وفي الختام نقول أن الطاقات المتجددة هي الحل الأمثل للمزاوجة بين الأهداف الإقتصادية، الإجتماعية والبيئية، وبالتالي تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، لذا كان على الجزائر أن ترفع التحدي لتطوير ونشر استغلالها حى لا تكون مسوولة عن حرمان الأجيال القادمة من بيئة نظيفة من جهة، ومن مصادر طاقة تسمح بتلبية احتياجاتهم من جهة أخرى | en_US |
