| dc.description | stock markets play an important role in the economies of the both developing and developed countries, being one of the tools of fiscal policy used to mobilize domestic saving and an attractive tool for fore in investment .In addition to its effective role in financing economic development plans Moreover, there is a mutual effect between stock market and exchange rates. Accordingly, the exchange rates is one of the most important economic instruments to find the effective solutions to the process of the economic development. International financial markets have witnessed tremendous developments in recent years both in terms of news financial instruments or in terms of structural changes in market divisions and the development of new markets ,the development of trading and settlement systems. | dc.description.abstract | تلعب أسواق الاوراق المالية دورا هاما في اقتصاديات الدول النامية والمتقدمة على حد سواء،كونها إحدى أدوات السياسة المالية المستخدمة في تعبئة المدخرات المحلية وأداة جاذبة للاستثمارات الأجنبية،إضافة إلى دورها الفاعل في تمويل خطط التنمية الاقتصادية،زيادة على ذلك فهناك تأثيرمتبادل بين الاوراق المالية واسعارالصرف،وتبعا لذلك يعد سعرا لصرف من اهم الادوات الاقتصادية لإيجاد حلول ناجعة لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية . وقد شهدت الأسواق المالية الدولية تطورات هائلة خلال السنوات الأخيرة سواء من حيث الأدوات المالية الجديدة أومن حيث التغيرات الهيكلية في تقسيمات الأسواق واستحداث أسواق جديدة وتطويرالأنظمة المتعلقة بالتداول والتسوية،الأمر الذي يستدعي عدول العالم العربي المختلفة لبذل جهود مكثفة لمواكبة هذه التغيرات لما لذلك من آثار إيجابية على سيولة الأسواق المالية وعمقها. | en_US |
