| Résumé: | تهدف المذكرة إلى إبراز موضوع هام وهو الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ، والذي أصبح من أهم العناصر التمويلة المالية مكملا لمصادر التمويل الأخرى ،والجزائر من بين الدول التي سارعت في جذبه وشجعت قدومه إليها من خلال توفير عناصر المناخ الاستثماري من تشريعات وقوانين وتقيم ضمانات وامتيازات للمستثمرين و ذلك لدخول الأسواق العالمية غير مستوي القدرات والامكانيات المتاحة وهذا ما لاحظناه في ترتيبها ضمن تقارير التنافسية العربية أو العالمية ،لذا لابد من توفير البيئة الاستمارية المناسبة للنهوض بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر . |
| Description: | The purpose of this thesis is to highlight on the importance of the foreign direct investment which has become one of the most important financial elements and a complementary tool to the other financial sources. Algeria is one of the countries that has rushed to attract and encouraged them by providing a suitable investment climate, legislation, laws and to establish guarantees and privileges for investors. However, the available efforts are still far from the level of capabilities and possibilities, and this is what we noted through the ranking of Algeria in the reports of the competitiveness of Arab or global range, so it is necessary to provide the appropriate environment for the promotion of foreign direct investment in Algeria |
