dc.description	This study aims at finding the best possible set of rations and indicators that can be used to identify the state of these institutions as well as the link between financial analysis and strategic analysis.which requires an effective managerial systems able to achieve and implement the courts strategy there is no doubt that the financial analysis that determines the financial position of the institution and take the appropriate decision has as a key step for the collection and identification data as a strategic option gained great importance in the implementation of financial decisions leading of the detection and restructuring of the problems faced by the institution which require strategic solutions based on a set of financial rations and indicators that fit the study where test the efficiently of the organization	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة للوصول إلى أفضل مجموعة ممكنة من النسب والمؤشرات التي يمكن استخدامها من اجل التعرف على وضعية تلك المؤسسات وكذلك الربط بين التحليل المالي والتحليل الاستراتيجي مما يتطلب وجود أنظمة تسييرية فعالة قادرة على تحقيق و تنفيذ إستراتيجية محكمة، و لاشك أن التحليل المالي الذي يحدد المركز المالي للمؤسسة واتخاذ القرار المناسب لها باعتباره الخطوة الرئيسية في جمع وتحليل المعطيات ،كما يكسب الخيار الاستراتيجي أهمية كبيرة في تنفيذ القرارات المالية الذي يقود إلى كشف و هيكلة المشاكل التي تواجهها المؤسسة والتي تتطلب حلولا إستراتيجية، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات والنسب المالية التي تناسب الدراسة حيث تم اختبار مدى كفاءة أداء المؤسسة باستخدام نسب السيولة والنشاط و اختبار استقلالية المؤسسة باستخدام مؤشرات التوازن .	en_US
