dc.description	Gasoil is a strategic commodity and a vital materiel for industry and trade, oil revenues constitute the main financial and the mainstay of oil producing countries economy, it is more important if we consider that some countries are a developing countries with a rural economy like Algeria which suffers from changes in its economic growth rates according to the fluctuation of oil prices in the world markets specially in recent years. The study represented introduces the repercussions or the impact of the decline in oil prices on the economic growth in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2016.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر البترول سلع إستراتيجية و مادة حيوية للصناعة و التجارة على حد سواء ، حيث تشكل الإرادات النفطية الممول الرئيسي و الركيزة الأساسية لإقتصاد الدول المنتجة للنفط ، و تتجلى لنا أهميته أكثر إا أخذنا بعين الإعتبار أن بعض الدول النفطية هي دول نامية و ذات إقصاد ريعي و منها الجزائر و التي تعاني من تغيرات معدلات نموها الإقتصادي و هذا حسب تقلب أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة ، و بناءا على هذا فقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفت إنعكاسات أو أثر إنخفاض أسعار النفط على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة ممتدة من 1990 إلى 2016.	en_US
