| Résumé: | توضح الدراسة دور سياسة دعم تشغيل الشباب في التنمية المحلية في ظل انخفاض أسعار البترول، وتكمن أهميتها في خلق مناصب عمل للشباب البطال وذلك لتقليص نسبة البطالة وتحقيق التنمية المحلية والنمو الاقتصادي، وذلك عن طريق دعم وتشجيع إنشاء المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، و ذلك بانتهاج جملة من الإجراءات والبرامج التي تهدف إلى دعم هذه المشاريع الخاصة، كما نجد أن سياسة دعم تشغيل الشباب لها دور فعال في تحقيق التنمية المحلية خاصة في الظروف الاقتصادية الراهنة وهو موضوع إشكالية بحثنا والمتمثل في السؤال التالي: ما مدى دور سياسة دعم تشغيل الشباب في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في ظل انخفاض أسعار البترول؟ ومن خلال الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية لبحثنا توصلنا بأن سياسة دعم تشغيل الشباب هي من بين السياسات المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية غير أن الظروف الاقتصادية للبلاد تتحكم في نشاطها، لذا نجد الحكومة الجزائرية تسعى جاهدة لتوفير مختلف السبل والطرق لإنجاح العملية التنموية. |
| Description: | The study shows the role of the policy of supporting the employment of young people in local development in the light of low oil prices. The importance of this is to create job opportunities for unemployed youth in order to reduce unemployment, achieve local development and economic growth by supporting and encouraging the establishment of small and medium enterprises. And the programs that aim to support these special projects, and we find that the policy to support the employment of young people have an effective role in achieving local development, especially in the current economic conditions and is the subject of the problem of our research, which is the following question: What is the role of the policy to support youth employment in achieving local development in light of the low oil prices? Through the theoretical and applied study, we found that the policy of supporting youth employment is among the policies that contribute to the local development. However, the economic conditions of the country control its activities. Therefore, the Algerian government is striving to provide various ways and means for the success of the development process |
