dc.description	The study aims to analyze the competitiveness of the Algerian industrial sector by highlighting the extent of the contribution of the manufacturing and extractive industries outside of hydrocarbons, and revealing the analysis of the competitiveness of the industrial sector in identifying the most important paths that the production system took during the period (2000-2016). Industry in Algeria does not suffer from a lack of capabilities or equipment. Rather, the problems of the national industry are determined by the rational administration capable of running the sector and leading it to excellence and access to global markets.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة إلي تحليل تنافسية القطاع الصناعي الجزائري وذالك من خلال إبراز مدى مساهمة كل من قطاع الصناعة التحويلية و الصناعة الاستخراجية خارج المحروقات ، وكشف تحليل تنافسية القطاع الصناعي في التعرف علي أهم المسارات التي خاضها الجهاز الإنتاجي خلال الفترة ( 2000-2016 )، ويمكن القول ان الصناعة في الجزائر لا تعاني من نقص الإمكانيات أو التجهيزات، ولكن تتحدد مشاكل الصناعة الوطنية في الإدارة الرشيدة القادرة علي تسيير القطاع وقيادته إلي التميز والولوج إلي الأسواق العالمية.	en_US
