dc.description	The production institutions provide products to individuals to meet their desires and compete with the institutions operating in the same sector, on the other hand, and to achieve this aim to differentiate their products by providing quality products and therefore had to monitor their products through all stages of production in order to know the deviations in Production process, causes, time and place, and take corrective saction This is done by using statistical tools and techniques, the most important of which are quality maps of all three types, as well as an analysis of the ability of the processes in the two cases whether the distribution of the outputs follows a natural distribution or differs from it. We have dropped all the mentioned in the applied study to see if the deviations provided by the maps meet the purpose To know the level of products provided by the Sotroft Corporation and to take action in the event of any defect and speed to address and improve the quality of the guarantee to retain existing customers and attract new other.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تقوم المؤسسات الإنتاجية بتقديم منتجات تطرحها على الأفراد لتلبية رغباتهم من جهة ومنافسة المؤسسات العاملة في نفس القطاع من جهة أخرى، ولتحقيق ذلك تسعى إلى التميز بمنتجاتها، بتقديم منتجات ذات جودة عالية وعليه كان لزاما عليها مراقبة منتجاتها عبر كل مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة بغية معرفة الانحرافات الحاصلة في العملية الإنتاجية وأسبابها وزمنها ومكانها واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة، ويتم ذلك باستخدام أدوات و أساليب إحصائية من أهمها خرائط الجودة بأنواعها الثلاثة وكذا تحليل مقدرة العمليات في حالتي ما إذا كانت توزيع المخرجات يتبع توزيع طبيعي أو يختلف عنه ،وقد قمنا بإسقاط كل ما ذكر في الدراسة التطبيقية لمعرفة إذا ما كانت الانحرافات التي تقدمها الخرائط تفي بالغرض لمعرفة مستوى المنتجات التي تقدمها مؤسسة سوتروفيت واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في حالة وجود أي خلل والإسراع لمعالجته وتحسين نوعيتها ما يضمن الاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين وجذب آخرين جدد	en_US
