dc.description	Despite the growing interest in the enterprise sector, it still suffers from many problems that lead to its non-continuity. In this regard, many countries of the world resorted to take many measures for the continuation of institutions. Among the mechanisms followed are the so-called business incubators and technology. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of business incubators as a tool to solve the problem of unemployment among young people, especially by transforming their creative ideas into successful projects that help them improve their economic and social status and acquire the necessary skills and expertise that are aimed at reaching the local and international labor market. With a sample of international experiences in the field of business incubators to the experience of Algeria, from the establishment of a business incubator to its working methods and its contribution to the promotion of institutions and reduce unemployment	en_US
dc.description.abstract	رغم الإهتمام المتزايد بقطاع المؤسسات إلا أنها مازالت تعاني من العديد من المشاكل التي تؤدي إلى عدم استمراريتها وفي صدد هذا لجأت العديد من دول العالم إلى إتخاذ إجراءات عديدة لإستمرار المؤسسات ومن بين الآليات المتبعة ما يسمى بحاضنات الأعمال والتكنولوجيا التي تعتبر كعنصر يرافق ويدعم المؤسسة خاصة في بداية نشاطها. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية حاضنات الأعمال، كونها آداة لحل مشكلة البطالة لدى الشباب وخاصة من خلال تحويل أفكارهم الإبداعية إلى مشاريع ناجحة تساعدهم في تحسين مستواهم الإقتصادي والإجتماعي وإكتسابهم المهارات والخبرات الضرورية التي تؤهلم للوصول إلى سوق العمل المحلي والدولي، مع أخد عينة من تجارب دولية في مجال حاضنات الأعمال وصولا إلى تجربة الجزائر إنطلاقا من تأسيس حاضنة الأعمال إلى طرق عملها ومدى مساهمتها في ترقية المؤسسات والحد من البطالة	en_US
