| Abstract: | يعتبر التخطيط الشبكي تقنية أساسية في تخطيط المشاريع حيث يوفر طريقة مهيكلة لحل مشكلة غدارة المشاريع وصولا إلى إنجاز ناجح، يتضمن التحميل الشبكي تقنيات بيانية وبالتالي يمكن الأشخاص ذي الخلفية التقنية المحدودة فهمه ويستخدم التخطيط ومراقبة تنفيذ المشاريع وأعمال متوفر عنها معمومات سابقة بما يتعمق بالتكاليف و المراقبة المطموب لإنجاز العمليات التي يتضمنها المشروع بهدف تمكين المسؤولين من تخطيط وتنفيذ إنجاز المشاريع. |
