dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الجزائر من الدول التي تعاني أحادية التصدير, اذ أنها تعتمد بشكل شبه مطلق على الصادرات النفطية, وهذا ما جعلها تفكر في تنمية صادراتها خارج قطاع المحروقات بحيث وضعت برنامج مكون من مجموعة من السياسات والإجراءات على المستوى المالي والتجاري إضافة إلى تشجيع الصادرات للمؤسسات الوطنية وتحفيزها، ومن أهم المؤسسات التي أعطت الجزائر اهتماما كبير لها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتبارها الكيان الاقتصادي الناشط والمحرك الرئيسي للتنمية الاقتصادية، وهذا ما أثبتته المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الدول المتقدمة. .	en_US
