dc.description	The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of bank loans in financing projects that represent the most important investments. Under this financing, the objectives of the enterprises are achieving profits and continuity, thus to achieve the goals of economic development and financial balance. What we have learned from the applied study, is that the loans have a big role in activating the investments financed by the banks, as they pursue their own credit policy in the granting of loans, and undertake a careful analytical study to allow assessment and diagnosis of the financial status of the borrower institutions and forecast in the future, and this ensures projects success and shorten the time	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية القروض البنكية في تمويل المشاريع التي تمثل أهم الاستثمارات، فبموجب هذا التمويل تحقق أهداف المنشآت من أرباح واستمرارية، وبالتالي بلوغ أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية وتحقيق التوازن المالي، وما استخلصناه من الدراسة التطبيقية التي قمنا بها في وكالة البنك الوطني الجزائري بتيارت هو أن للقروض دور كبير في تفعيل الاستثمارات الممولة من طرف البنوك، حيث تنتهج سياسة اقراضية خاصة بها في منح القروض، وتقوم بدراسة تحليلية دقيقة تسمح بتقييم وتشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسات المقترضة والتنبؤ بها مستقبلا، وهذا ما يضمن للمشاريع النجاح واختصار الوقت.	en_US
