dc.description	Small and medium enterprises have become a real contributor to economic and social development. Most of the economies of developed and developing countries depend on them for their importance in reducing unemployment and providing job opportunities. However, they faced some difficulties, mainly financing, where financing is the mainstay of institutions, especially small and medium enterprises. Or the continuation of its activity. Through the theoretical and applied study of the subject of our research, we found that Algeria, like its counterparts in other countries, was interested in various projects outside the hydrocarbons sector. Among these projects were small and medium enterprises, which in turn faced the problem of financing. The Algerian government established special mechanisms and mechanisms to finance and support them. Among these mechanisms we selected as a sample for the study the National Agency for Youth Employment Support Tiaret.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أصبحت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة رافدا حقيقيا للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية حيث تعتمد عليها جل اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة والنامية وذلك لأهميتها في الحد من البطالة وتوفير مناصب الشغل، الا أنها واجهت بعض الصعوبات وفي مقدمتها مسألة التمويل، حيث يعتبر التمويل عصب المؤسسات خاصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة سوآءا من ناحية انشائها أو استمرار نشاطها. ومن خلال الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية لموضوع بحثنا توصلنا بأن الجزائر كمثيلاتها من الدول اهتمت بمختلف المشاريع خارج قطاع المحروقات، ومن بين هذه المشاريع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والتي بدورها واجهت مشكلة التمويل، لذا قامت الحكومة الجزائرية بإنشاء أجهزة وآليات خاصة لتمويلها ودعمها، ومن بين هذه الآليات اخترنا كعينة للدراسة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب تيارت. اخترنا كعينة للدراسة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب تيارت	en_US
