dc.description	The establishment of investment projects is one of the most Important priorities of the state according to the achievement of the objectives of the state and the only community that passes through the feasibility study group to take appropriate investment decision based on a solid process and applied in good ways that are included in the evaluation criteria that enable access to goals and objectives drawn by the project surrounded by different aspects. The most prominent is the financial aspect which is the strength of investment activities and the pedagogical approach of financial focus on the various inputs and outputs followed by the most important projects which the state relies to accelerate the development of agricultural projects as an effective tool for OD the national economy and part of their economic system .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تحتل المشاريع الاستثمارية مكانة هامة حسب منظور التنمية الإقتصادية بإعتبارها تسعى لتحقيق أهداف الدولة و المجتمع, التي تعتمد على دراسات الجدوى لاتخاذ قرار استثماري مناسب مبني على أسس متينة مطبقة بطريقة جيدة تتمثل في معايير التقييم تسهل عملية إحاطة المشروع من مختلف جوانبه ولعل أبرزها الجانب المالي الذي يعتبر قوام الانشطة الاستثمارية وذلك بدراسة الجدوى المالية التي تركز على مختلف التكاليف والتدفقات التابعة لها, وتتميز مراحل دراسة الجدوى بالترابط و التكامل فنتائج كل مرحلة تمثل مدخلات المرحلة التي تليها, ومن اهم المشاريع التي ترتكز عليها الدولة لدفع بعجلة التنمية المشاريع الفلاحية باعتبارها اداة فعالة لنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وجزء مهم من النظام الاقتصادي	en_US
