dc.description	Interest in stock markets has increased in recent years in both developing and developed countries because of the important role it plays in the field of economic life. Most of the country's resources are directed to these markets as the vessel through which these resources are channeled to economic activities. Derivatives are an important source of financing for the economy. The diversity of financial products traded in the stock market is a key element in its development. The diversification of financial products enables the investor to reduce risks and increase returns, which will lead to increased investment in the stock market.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	شهدت السنوات الأخيرة اهتماما متزايدا بأسواق المالية في الدول النامية والدول المتقدمة على حد سواء، نظرا للدور الهام الذي تؤديه في ميدان الحياة الإقتصادية فالجزء الأكبر من موارد البلاد تتجه إلى هذه الأسواق باعتبارها الوعاء الذي عن طريقه يتم توجيه هذه الموارد نحو الأنشطة الإقتصادية. إن تعدد و تنوع المنتجات المالية المتداولة في سوق الأوراق المالية يعتبر ركيزة أساسية لتطوره، فبتنوع المنتجات المالية يتمكن المستثمر من تقليل المخاطر و زيادة عوائدها، الأمر الذي سيأدي إلى زيادة حجم الإستثمار في سوق الأوراق المالية، والمشتقات المالية هي أهم الأدوات المبتكرة حديثا التي ساهمت بدرجة كبيرة في تطوير الأسواق المالية عامة و السوق الماليزي خاصة	en_US
