| dc.description.abstract | شهدت السنوات الأخيرة اهتماما متزايدا بأسواق المالية في الدول النامية والدول المتقدمة على حد سواء، نظرا للدور الهام الذي تؤديه في ميدان الحياة الإقتصادية فالجزء الأكبر من موارد البلاد تتجه إلى هذه الأسواق باعتبارها الوعاء الذي عن طريقه يتم توجيه هذه الموارد نحو الأنشطة الإقتصادية. إن تعدد و تنوع المنتجات المالية المتداولة في سوق الأوراق المالية يعتبر ركيزة أساسية لتطوره، فبتنوع المنتجات المالية يتمكن المستثمر من تقليل المخاطر و زيادة عوائدها، الأمر الذي سيأدي إلى زيادة حجم الإستثمار في سوق الأوراق المالية، والمشتقات المالية هي أهم الأدوات المبتكرة حديثا التي ساهمت بدرجة كبيرة في تطوير الأسواق المالية عامة و السوق الماليزي خاصة | en_US |
