dc.description	The financial note market and receivables have become an essential link in the world economy through its role in its development, and this is based on the close relationship between the development of the financial note market and the level of economic development. Funded ticket markets and receivables are seen as the general means of assembling and directing financial resources for use in investment projects as it plays an important role in financing economic growth because it is prevented by the presence of problems and constraints. that create different hurdle influencing its role of financing economic growth that makes it a double-edged sword.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أصبحت سوق الأوراق المالية وأسواق الاستدانة تحتل مكانا بارزا في الاقتصاد العالمي المعاصر، من خلال دعمها للنمو الاقتصادي، حيث تبين أن هناك علاقة وطيدة بين مدى تطور سوق الأوراق المالية ومستوى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. تعتبر الأسواق المالية وأسواق الاستدانة من الآليات الهامة في تجميع وتوجيه الموارد المالية قصد توظيفها في مشاريع استثمارية، باعتبارها تلعب دورا هاما في تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية، إلا أن ذلك لم يمنع وجود المشاكل والمعوقات التي من شأنها أن تخلق مجموعة من الصعوبات تؤثر على دورها في تمويل التنمية، الأمر الذي يجعلها سلاحاً ذو حدين.	en_US
