dc.description	The study aims to highlight the concept of Islamic Sukuk, its most important characteristics and types, economic importance and the risks to which it is exposed. It is the most vulnerable industry and the mechanisms applied to mitigate these risks. Highlighting Sudan's experience by reviewing a study of the Sudanese Sukuk in the Khartoum Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 and trying to identify the most important mechanisms applied to manage the risks of sukuk instruments. The study found that although the experience of Sudan in the issuance of Islamic sukuk was the most local issues that it has a high status, it represents the Imad market is a pioneering and distinctive experience. dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم الصكوك الإسلامية والى أهم خصائصها وأنواعها، والأهمية الاقتصادية والى المخاطر التي تتعرض لها، فهي أكثر الصناعات عرضة للمخاطر والى الآليات المطبقة للتقليل من حدة هذه المخاطر. وتسليط الضوء على تجربة السودان، وذلك باستعراض دراسة للصكوك السودانية بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية للفترة(2013-2017م)، ومحاولة تحديد لأهم الآليات المطبقة لإدارة مخاطر الصكوك السودانية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن و بالرغم من أن تجربة السودان في مجال إصدار الصكوك الإسلامية كانت جل إصداراتها محلية إلى أنها تحضى بمكانة عالية، فهي تمثل عماد السوق وهي تجربة رائدة ومميزة .حيث تعتبر من بين منتجات الهندسة المالية التي إن وفرات لها متطلبات النمو والنجاح فسيكون لها مردود هائل على المصارف الإسلامية.	en_US
