| Résumé: | إن القطاع الفلاحي من بين أهم عناصر التنمية الاقتصادية بصفة عامة و التنمية المحلية فهو محرك للقطاعات الأخرا و في جميع الميادين الفعالة في عملية التنمية، و يرا الكثير من المفكرين الاقتصاديين أن القطاع الفلاحي هو أحد ركائز الكثير من الدول المتقدمة و هو الذي يساعدها و إلى حد كبير إلى التقدم المشهود إلى يومنا هذا . ولكننا من خلال دراستنا لهذا القطاع شاهدنا أن هنا مستثمر من بعد فترة الاستعمار إلى سنة 0351 على المستوا ولولايتنا وذلر نتج عن الاهتمام الذي واجه هذا القطاع في كل من السياسات و الاستراتيجيات و البرامج من أجل التطوير و الدعم الفلاحي ووضع تطلعات قد تغير بشكل كبير هذا القطاع . |
| Description: | The agricultural sector is one of the most important elements of economic development in general and local development is the engine for other sectors and in all fields active in the development process, and many economic thinkers that the agricultural sector is one of the pillars of many developed countries and is helping them to the extent Great progress to this day. However, through our study of this sector, we have seen that there is an investor from the colonial period to the year 2016 at the level and our mandate, which resulted from the interest that the sector faced in the policies, strategies and programs for development and agricultural support and the development of aspirations that may change this sector significantly. |
