dc.description	This study deals with the subject of assessing the institution by financial dis-closure. A case study of the public institution, "The Ideal Farm of Chosen Log-gerhead" focusing on the evaluation approach that was adopted for the eva-luation of the institution, the method of financial disclosure (ANC), corrected net accounting asset (ANCC), value Essential (VSB), the necessary assets for exploitation (CPNE) to see the reality of the institution and estimate its true value, so that we dealt in the theoretical side with concepts of value and evaluation and the most important methods used in the evaluation of institu-tions to determine the true value of them, but these methods are not depen-dent on the institution at all despite Its great importance, which may help it in making the most appropriate decision if it wants to partner, privatize or buy another institution.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع تقييم المؤسسة بواسطة الذمة المالية دراسة حالة للمؤسسة العمومية "المزرعة النموذجية حطاب مختار"، مركزة على مقاربة التقييم التي تم اعتمادها لتقييم المؤسسة، طريقة الذمة المالية (الأصل المحاسبي الصافي (ANC) ، الأصل المحاسبي الصافي المصحح ANCC، والقيمة الجوهرية(VSB)، الأصول الضرورية للإستغلال (CPNE)، وذلك للاطلاع على واقع المؤسسة وتقدير قيمتها الحقيقية ، بحيث تناولنا في الجانب النظري مفاهيم عن القيمة والتقييم وأهم الطرق المعتمدة في تقييم المؤسسات لتحديد القيمة الحقيقية لها، الا ان هذه الطرق لا تعتمد عليها المؤسسة بتاتا رغم اهميتها البالغة التي قد تساعدها في اتخاذ قرارها الأنسب إذا ما أرادت الشراكة او الخوصصة وشراء مؤسسة أخرى	en_US
