| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر العلاقة بين السياسة المالية والنمو الاقتصادي من الموضوعات التي تحظى باهتمام واسع في الدراسات المالية والاقتصادية، ويعالج هذا البحث قضية جوهرية في السياسة المالية وهي قضية الاستدامة المالية، مع التركيز على أبعادها وأهم مؤشراتها التي تتمثل في مؤشرات ما بعد الحدوث ex.post و ومؤشرات ما قبل الحدوث ex.anteو التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها لتبني إجراءات تجنب مالية الدولة للوقوع في العجز المالي مستقبلا، كما يهدف البحث إلى تحميل وقياس العلاقة بين النفقات العامة والإيرادات العامة في الاقتصاد الجزائري ومدى الترابط بينهما باستخدام الأساليب القياسية الحديثة في تحميل السلاسل الزمنية من اختبار جذر الوحدة والتكامل المشترك وسببية غرانجر...وغيرها | en_US |
