| dc.description | This Study aimed to identify the reality and prospects of emerging enterprises in Algeria ,considering that it is one of the most important sectors that constitute a main ex is and an effective driver in the national economy,which the state aims to achieve through several procedures and measures. Thes measures contribute to the support and promotion of emerging enterprises as an alternative sector tso the hydrocarbon one,especially After the changes in the national economy in recent years .To achieve the objectives of the study,the descriptive analytical method was used for its suitability to the nature of the research.The questionnaire was used as a main tool for this study, i twas distributed and after testing its validity and reliability .Then ,the appropriate statistical methods were used through the statistical package for social sciences (spss).The study population is consisted of (117) emerging institutions from some states in Algeria.The random sampling method was tested,as the study sample included (35) institutions with a percentage of (30%) of the study population,and it was represented by the managers of emerging institutions.The reached a number of results, the most importance for the emerging institutions in Algeria,in addition to that these institutions face the challenges of survival,and Algeria needs to exert more effort in order to provide an appropriate environment for the development of these institutions. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع وآفاق المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر باعتبار أن هذا القطاع من أهم القطاعات التي تشكل محورا أساسيا ومحركا فعالا في الاقتصاد الوطني والذي تسعى الدولة جاهدة من خلال عدة إجراءات وتدابير تساهم في دعم وترقية المؤسسات الناشئة كقطاع بديل عن قطاع المحروقات خاصة بعد التغيرات التي شهدها الاقتصاد الوطني خلال السنوات الأخيرة.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لهذه الدراسة وبعد اختبار صدقها وثباتها، ثم توزيعها ثم استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة من خلال الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المؤسسات الناشئة من بعض الولايات الجزائر والبالغ عددها ( 117 ) وتم اختبار أسلوب العينة العشوائية حيث شملت عينة الدراسة ( 35 ) مؤسسة وبنسبة ( 30 %) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تمثلت في مدراء المؤسسات الناشئة توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها، أن هناك أهمية اقتصادية واجتماعية للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر بالاضافة هذه المؤسسات تواجه تحديات البقاء والجزائر تحتاج إلى بذل المزيد من الجهد من أجل توفير مناخ ملائم لتطور هذه المؤسسات | en_US |
