| dc.description | The study aimed to identify the role of competency management in the College of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences to achieve the goal of the study. The use of many statistical methods to achieve the objectives of the study, including simple regression analysis, and after conducting an analysis of the study data and its hypotheses, the study reached several results, most notably: The competency management has a pivotal role in knowledge management at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences. -There is a significant effect of the individual competencies in knowledge management at the level (a<0.05). -There is a significant effect of collective competencies in knowledge management at the level (a<0.05). -There is a significant effect of strategic competencies in knowledge management at the level (a<0.05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة الكفاءات في كلية العلوم اللإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير للوصول إلى تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة شملت فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من مفردة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات و إختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، ومنها تحليل الإنحدار البسيط، وبعد إجراء عملية تحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: - لإدارة الكفاءات دور محوري في إدارة المعرفة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير: وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوي للكفاءات الفردية في إدارة المعرفة عند مستوى (a<0.05)، - وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوي للكفاءات الجماعية في إدارة المعرفة عند مستوى (a<0.05)، وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوي للكفاءات الاستراتيجية في إدارة المعرفة عند مستوى (a<0.05) | en_US |
